To access Freshdesk
From the Vocareum dashboard navigate to the upper right and select your user name. From the dropdown select Support Tickets

From the Support Navigation page you can either submit a ticket or check the status of any tickets that have already been created within your org.

Submit A Ticket
To create a ticket select 'Submit a Ticket'. There are a few required fields you must fill out:
βOnce you have finished filling out the required fields select 'Submit'
Check Ticket Status
To see the status of existing tickets select 'Check Ticket Status'
From here you can view all your open or pending tickets. You can change the scope to resolved or closed tickets as well.
Open and update your tickets here. Respond to or create new comments within an existing ticket.
You can create a new ticket from here as well.
