Accessing Freshdesk from Vocareum

How org admins can create and check on existing support tickets

To access Freshdesk

  • From the Vocareum dashboard navigate to the upper right and select your user name. From the dropdown select Support Tickets
    ​

  • From the Support Navigation page you can either submit a ticket or check the status of any tickets that have already been created within your org.

Submit A Ticket

  • To create a ticket select 'Submit a Ticket'. There are a few required fields you must fill out:

  • Once you have finished filling out the required fields select 'Submit'

Check Ticket Status

  • To see the status of existing tickets select 'Check Ticket Status'

  • From here you can view all your open or pending tickets. You can change the scope to resolved or closed tickets as well.

  • Open and update your tickets here. Respond to or create new comments within an existing ticket.

  • You can create a new ticket from here as well.
