As a Vocareum instructor you have access to numerous features to design a course. From utilizing multiple lab types, such as the Vocaruem Notebook, Jupyterlab, Cyber Range and more. To implementing autograding, managing enrollments, and visiting student's IDEs to seamlessly aid in their learning experience. This guide will briefly cover the features and abilities you hold, while providing access to more robust documentation.
Registration
You should have received an email invitation to join Vocareum. Simply click the link in the email; it will take you to the login page. If you haven't received the invite, please go to the login page and click "Forgot Password" after entering your email. Once logged in, you'll encounter Terms and Conditions to agree to.
Vocareum Dashboard
This dashboard will be your landing page when you log in to Vocareum. From the Dashboard you will be able to view and navigate to all courses you are enrolled in as an Instructor.
Course List
On the dashboard, you'll find a list of all your active courses. You can view and organize courses by the following columns:
Course Name
Below the course name you will find links to its Settings, Dashboard, Assignments and Class pages.
'Reports' will provide a monthly usage report (.csv format) of the course based on the set month and year.
Course ID
Number of Enrolled Students in Course
Start/End Date of Course

Select a course to navigate to its course page. From here you will be able to design your course and create assignments. Enroll students, graders, TAs and other instructors.
